Jesse H. Larsen

Biography

Jesse H. Larsen is a graduate of Lincoln Park Academy, the University of Central Florida, and the University of Richmond School of Law. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010, he is a seasoned trial attorney known for his command of the courtroom and unwavering advocacy on behalf of his clients.

Jesse began his career in criminal law as a Public Defender, where he built his foundation as a trial lawyer handling thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases. He served as lead counsel in more than 50 jury and non-jury trials, developing the instincts, discipline, and strategic thinking required to succeed in high-stakes litigation. This experience shaped his ability to assess risk, challenge opposing arguments, and present compelling cases before judges and juries.

While his early career began in criminal defense, Jesse has spent many years since building extensive, results-driven experience in personal injury litigation, where his practice is now exclusively focused.

Tuttle Larsen Injury Attorneys is focused on representing individuals who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others and is relentless in holding wrongdoers—and the insurance companies that stand behind them—accountable.

Though most personal injury cases never end up in court before a jury, Jesse approaches each personal injury case with a trial-first mindset. Jesse’s interest in the legal system began early. As a teenager, he successfully pursued a small claims case on his own—an experience that sparked his commitment to advocacy and achieving results for those willing to stand up for themselves and sparked interest in a legal career.

Every case benefits from a team-based approach, while also receiving Jesse’s direct strategic oversight informed by years of trial experience.

Jesse is also deeply involved in the local legal community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Indian River County Bar Association for more than seven years, including as bar association President for 2025-2026. He is focused on elevating the practice of law locally through continuing legal education and meaningful professional engagement.

Outside the office, Jesse is a dedicated single father of two elementary-aged children. He enjoys spending time outdoors and is also a longtime drummer, music enthusiast, and avid Miami Dolphins fan.
