Caroline Mockler grew up in Vero Beach and graduated from Vero Beach High School. She went on to attend the University of South Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. Caroline then received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.

After obtaining her Florida Bar license, Caroline worked for the Department of Children and Families for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, where she litigated dependency cases involving child abuse, abandonment, and neglect. She then served as a law clerk for the judiciary of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Caroline gained experience in civil litigation while working for a state-wide insurance defense firm in Tampa. There, she represented a multitude of insurance carriers litigating property loss disputes and coverage matters before moving back to Vero Beach and joining Tuttle Larsen, P.A.

Caroline returned to Vero Beach to help the community that fostered her growth. She believes that communication, understanding and building a strong rapport with her clients is essential to achieving a favorable outcome in any case. Caroline is a member of the Indian River County Bar Association. In her free time, Caroline enjoys baking, running, the visual arts, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
