Jon J. Ashenback

Jon Jacob Ashenback earned a bachelor of Science majoring in Political Science at Florida State University and went on to graduate from Stetson University College of Law. Jon Jacob’s began his career as an attorney working at defense firms on Florida’s West Coast. He gained invaluable experience on the defense side of Personal Injury law and garnered a deep understanding of liability defense. 

After a serious motor vehicle accident directly impacted his life, Jon Jacob’s desire to represent the injured emerged. He made the decision to dedicate his career to working on behalf of the injured as a Plaintiff’s attorney. In many cases, clients call for help after the worst day of their lives and Jon Jacob reveres the opportunity to support, guide, and fight for them. 

As a Vero Beach native, Jon Jacob was delighted when an opportunity arose to join Tuttle Larsen, P.A. The firm’s stellar reputation for integrity and unparalleled commitment to serving each client was well-established. In addition to being in perfect alignment with his values, joining Tuttle Larsen enabled Jon Jacob to move back to his hometown of Vero Beach where he can serve clients in his community and live near his family once again.

Jon Jacob works closely with Jesse Larsen and Doug Tuttle and enjoys the collaborative environment at Tuttle Larsen where all hands are on deck to service clients and fight for the outcome they deserve. Jon Jacob is a member of the Indian River County Bar Association and is taking in active role in shaping the young lawyer’s division. In his spare time, Jon Jacob enjoys cooking elaborate meals, exercising with his dogs, and fishing.
